Katrina and Sidharth’s ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ to release on September 9

Mumbai: Debutante director Nitya Mehra’s upcoming romantic drama “Baar Baar Dekho”, which stars Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif, is set to release on September 9.

The film is being co-produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Karan Johar.

Sidharth confirmed the news by tweeting: “Hey guys #BaarBaarDekho releases on 9th of Sep 2016 !!@nitya_mehra #KatrinaKaif @ritesh_sid @karanjohar @FarOutAkhtar.”

Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment, who is co-producing with Karan for the first time, tweeted: “Our first Co-Prod with @karanjohar #BaarBaarDekho releases on 09/09/2016 @FarOutAkhtar @S1dharthM @nitya_mehra @DharmaMovies @excelmovies.

Mehra used to be an assistant director to actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar for “Lakshya” and “Don”.

Whatever we shot for ‘Mastizaade’ is not wrong: Sunny Leone

Mumbai, Jan 8: Indo-Canadian adult film star Sunny Leone, who will soon be seen in sex comedy film “Mastizaade”, says the film director made her feel so comfortable that she never felt “wrong” shooting for the movie.

“Every actor and actress have their own dos and don’ts and in this film (‘Mastizaade’), there were lots of don’t but me and Milap Zaveri (the director of the film) sat together and decided what we can do. He made me so comfortable.

“I feel whatever we shot for ‘Mastizaade’ is not wrong and I am not worried about people’s reaction towards me,” she added.

Co-produced by Pritish Nandy and Rangita Pritish Nandy, “Mastizaade” will release on January 29. The film also features Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das, among others.

Sunny feels that people have different perceptions about her but she never took it seriously.

“If people think I can do anything onscreen then that’s a natural thing for them to think. I can’t do anything about that. As an actor when you start putting limitations, you don’t have an open mind to explore.”

Yami Gautam Had Her Eyes on Pulkit; He Never Had the Hots For Her: Pulkit’s Wife Shweta

Actor Pulkit Samrat’s wife Shweta Rohira has talked about separation with her husband and his alleged affair with actress Yami Gautam. Pulkit and Yami will soon be seen in ‘Sanam Re’. There have been constant rumours of their affair since the time they started working together in this film. Now in an interview to DNA, Shweta, has said that the affair rumours are all false.

Yami said, “That is ridiculous. I know my husband and Yami is the last person he would want to be involved with. In fact, he didn’t even want to do films with her — he has acted with better actresses. Eight years ago, he had done a music video with her and at that time he wasn’t even talking to her. Yami always had her eyes on him, but Pulkit never had the hots for her. Even now when he was offered Junooniyat and Sanam Re he did not want to do them. It was I who told him it’s okay to do Junooniyat with her. In Sanam Re, initially, another girl (a friend of mine) was considered, but at the last minute it fell through and Yami came on board. But I had loved the story and had full faith in Divya (Kumar, director), so I insisted that Pulkit do the film. I know that there is nothing going on between them.”

When asked if Pulkit is living with Yami, Shweta replied “Pulkit is the last person to move into anyone’s house as he is pretty well off. Also, why would he, when he has his own house here and in Delhi?”

When asked why Pulkit will be spending Valentine’s Day with Yami, she said, “The film is releasing on February 12 and even if were together he would have spent it with them. However, a section of media has picked up only a part of his statement (of spending Valentine’s Day with Yami) and is making a big deal about it.”
