Bajirao Mastani box office collections: Ranveer, Deepika starrer is now 3rd-highest grosser of 2015

The Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra starrer Bajirao Mastani box office collections since release in December have been climbing the charts in an inexorable manner and the film is now the third highest grosser of 2015.

In fact despite opening on a rather slow note, the film has generated plenty of steam over weeks following its release.

In this analysis, we take a look at Bajirao Mastani collections while comparing them to the other releases of 2015. Not surprisingly, Bajirao Mastani., to which has been ascribed immense production value, good story and stellar performances by critics, has risen to become third highest grosser of 2015 with collections of Rs 162.35 cr.

With that amount in earnings, Bajirao Mastani has beaten other releases like Tanu Weds Manu Returns that collected Rs 152.39 cr, Dilwale that collected Rs 142.92 cr, and Bahubali that collected Rs 118.7 cr.

However, the film lags behind the Salman Khan starrers Bajrangi Bhaijaan that collected Rs 320.34 cr and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo that collected Rs 210.16 cr.
